Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Exceeded my expectations in every way!

Instant Promotion was very good to work with! They were very responsive and helped us meet a quick deadline. We messed up and ordered the wrong color frame and they made it right. The tent arrived on time and looks spectacular. The colors really pop and all of the materials look clean and professional. We are impressed. Our representative (James Shang) was great to work with. I am taking off one star for the wheeled storage bag. It is heavy duty and the wheels and zipper seem like they will last. However, the bag is open on the bottom end (the feet from the tent frame fit into a metal slot that is embedded in the bag) and we have an issue with the frame sliding out of the slot as it is rolled, which causes the tent and frame to slide out of the bag. I think the wheeled bag would be much easier to use if it was closed on the bottom rather than open.

Couldn’t be happier. At first, like most people assumably, I had a bit of sticker shock while shopping for my custom tent. But once I recieved the final product I was blown away! This thing is seriously high quality! Our order was processed asap and shipped lightening fast. Customer service has been great and our contact James Shang has been absolutely awesome in solving all of our problems. If you’re on the fence, DONT BE! I will absolutely be using these guys again.

Instant Promotions has excellent customer services, design, and product quality. Their tent and tablecloth have helped the UC Davis Mental Health Initiative with our endeavors immensely after we launched in 2017. The time they take to work with each customer is absolutely phenomenal and I can't imagine us using any other company.

High quality materials and fast shipping. I am a lifetime customer

I was very impressed with the customer service from this company and the sales rep James. He promptly addressed our order and concerns. The quality of the product is very good. The one suggestion that I have is for a 10' x 20' tent, there should be stakes for all six legs and a few to stake down the walls if ordered.

They did an amazing job on our custom canopy. We were under a tight deadline to get this produced and they went out of their way to make sure we received our order in time. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

This tent was an excellent investment for Sly Clyde Ciderworks. The details are spot-on, the printing is very crisp, and the quality of the materials was perfect for what we need. Setup is easy for 2-3 people and the ability to transport it in the bag they provided is great. We are already talking about how soon we will get our next one.
