I was tasked with conducting a price comparison for creating a custom 10X10 canopy tent for outreach events for the Biology Department at my university. I happened to stumble upon Instant Promotion and was instantly attracted to their well laid out website and its ability to create a mock-up of the custom tent right then and there. I already looked at 5 other websites and companies by then and not a single one of them were as user-friendly or even had the option to do so. This helpful tool truly helped me visualize my project and easily present to my supervisors the graphics and plan early in the process. As soon as I put in my mockup and inquiry into their system, I was immediately contacted by Shelia P. who gave me nothing but optimal customer service. She answered all questions and concerns promptly, sent a comprehensive quote and visual by the end of the weekend, and respectfully followed up in case I had any more questions. I truly had a pleasant experience working with this company and look forward to working with them again if ever needed.

I begin at the beginning: Paul Davis, Sales Associate, reaffirmed that there are still some amazing people in the world that understand the value of pro-action in business and consistent communication to insure that the job is done precisely as needed. Paul from start to finish worked with me under a VERY TIGHT deadline to get artwork, production, and delivery in time for a major outdoor marketing / fundraising event for the Rotary Club Jersey City. The final product was even more beautiful and professional than what I thought it would be. Paul really listened to my needs and made some extremely helpful suggestions in order to insure the high quality look of work and product. As someone that works in entertainment, I will most definitely be using Instant Promotion for all my event marketing needs. The Rotary Club of Jersey City really looked pretty amazing in a sea of over 70,000 people!

I was reluctant to spend as much as we did for our tent, but I'm glad we did! The pop up frame is the best I've seen and I'm convinced it will last us for decades. The material on the canopy and side covers is very high quality, not the thin material that's standard on easy-up shelters. In terms of what this professional package will do for our image at events, it was more than worth the investment! Sheila Parker was incredible at holding our hand through the entire process.
