Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Great product and excellent service!

We have ordered four canopy tents and several feather flags from Instant Promotion. The quality of both the products we received and the customer service along the way will keep us coming back for future projects. Paul Davis answered all of my questions throughout each order process, helped us with necessary returns/exchanges, and ensured timely delivery of our items before our trade show. I'm happy to have stumbled upon Instant Promotion's site! We will continue to bring them business with our promotional product needs. The customer service we received is what puts Instant Promotion a step above with guidance and timely, friendly feedback- it's exactly what businesses are looking for when purchasing promotional products.

This is my second tent and James Shang assisted me with both tents. Very happy with the quality and service.

Our organization has ordered several custom tents from Instant Promotion. The tents and frames are of great quality and have held up well on windy days. Their customer service is excellent. I have never had to sit on hold. Our representative, James Shang is very responsive and any issues or concerns are addressed quickly. We highly recommend Instant Promotion.

I must say, working at a radio station for many years and I went to the best companies for everything. You must have faith in your tools of advertising and backing. I did presentations for Apple, Intel, Coca-Cola on and on the list goes for over 12 years. The canopy I received from Instant Promotions is the strongest, heavy duty material with sealed seams for rain and just a top tear product and that is what I was expressing in our products we sell. Thank you James!

We are SO IMPRESSED with our custom tent and table cloths! The quality is outstanding! As soon as we set it up, we knew we wanted to order more for our other brands. Excellent customer service, and timing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looks for custom promotional items.

We were purchasing a tent for outdoor events and wanted to get a few quotes. Bo at Instant Promotion responded right away. He sent a visual of the tent along with the quote. It took days to get a response from other companies. Simply for the fast response and continued follow up we chose to go with Bo. Our tent was shipped out very fast and we are so happy with our choice!

Ordered a custom canopy under a time constraint. They got it to me on time and it came out beautiful. I would totally recommend. They get back to you right away and they mean what they say! The logo and design is impeccable.
