I always receive outstanding assistance and customer service from Kathy Conner! She is very knowledgeable about the products and makes excellent recommendations. All of our items are of excellent quality and bright vibrant colors. Our tent packages give us the high visibility we are seeking when attending community events! We receive raive reviews and comments on our equipment. We are also very pleased with our new fitted table covers also.

Great service and very quick delivery!

Perfect in every way! Colors came out fantastic! James did an amazing job on getting these done on time as promised (shortest deadline ever). Will never use anyone else.

James was wonderful to work with he did everything in his power to get our item done and delivered in time for our upcoming event. I couldn't of asked for better service!

The team made our tent come to life! And they made our deadline! Although there were many components forgotten during the shipping process, they took care of any issues immediately. I would definitely buy from them again,

Couldn't be more pleased with how easy it was to order from this company. Communication was great!! Product was great quality!! Definitely would recommend!!

Our Fire Department purchase 2 10x10's and 2 custom stretch table clothes in 2019. I attend dozens of community events throughout the year and every time I set up our tent and table people have asked me where we purchased our high quality tent and table clothes. Just recently we had some wind damage to one of our tents and our customer service rep Jordan took care of us with replacements parts within a week. I cannot say enough good things about Instant Promotions. If you are looking for excellent customer service and high quality products look no further.
