I am very pleased with the quality of my custom tent. I had never ordered a commercial printed popup tent and didn't know anything about the process. The staff at Instant Promotion took the time to explain everything to me and made the process quick and easy. I would and have already recommended them to others for their custom tent needs.

We had the opportunity to collaborate with Bo from Instant Promotion in creating our personalized tent. Bo facilitated the process smoothly, and the tent was promptly delivered upon final design approval. The quality of the tent is awesome. Make sure to add the rolling case to your order you will regret it if you don't. 😁 I highly recommend Instant Promotion for any custom tent needs.

Everything about the order was wrong. The logo was messed up on the canopy. The frame came in the wrong color. The table cloth had to be reordered because it was never produced, and it ended up being a different shade as the other items. I’m totally dissatisfied.
Response from Instant PromotionFeb 13, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry for the issues you encountered with your order—from the color discrepancy to the delay with the table cover. That’s not the smooth experience we aim for, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been. While I believe we were able to get everything to you in time for your event, I know the process wasn’t ideal, and I appreciate your patience throughout. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re always working to improve. If there’s anything else we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
