This is not the first time the wrong items have been sent to me. I love the products from Instant Promotion, but shipping QC is lacking. I got the correct flag mounts, but 2 of 5 dust cover cases were not the size ordered. My 10x20 tents fit nicely in the bags sent for them and work exactly as planned and described. After our event ended and we were loading up, it was apparent that we received (3) 10x10 bags instead of (3) 10x15 as ordered. The packages were not labeled on any of the products and we had already sent away our pro carry bags so it was quite difficult to stuff the larger frames into the bags sent and we may have damaged them so I will be forced to pay for 3 additional bags for your mistake. We would not have even ordered these if the original design pro bags had held the tents properly without having to use zip ties to keep them from coming off of the tiny bases. At least the newer pro bags have addressed this with larger plates and an additional strap for securing the tents inside. Great products in general with poor attention to fulfilling orders. Follow up: As always, customer service is a high priority with this company and I am happy to report that I received replacement covers today, 9/7/25, for the ones that were incorrect without having to order them myself. Great job, Instant Promotion. Thank you for handling this proactively.

Thank you for the update, Paul — we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right. While we regret the initial mix-up with the frame covers, we're glad our team was able to get the correct replacements out to you. Your feedback about the order accuracy is invaluable and has already helped us review internal processes. We’re grateful for your continued support and look forward to delivering a smoother experience next time.

Mr. James Shang made my experience so easy !!! He answered every question/concern I had. I could not be happier with my tent and table cover !!! Now my business info is on display for all to see !! The convenience of the roller bag is a must for my 13x20 . Material durable, color vibrate, info legible. I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, I gave another business owner the company’s website when they saw my tent at a recent event we were both participating in. I am planning on ordering a smaller one in the very near future !!!
Response from Instant PromotionSep 2, 2025
Thank you so much, Rhonda! We're thrilled to hear how happy you are with your 13x20 setup for Carter's Kitchen. James will be glad to know he made the process smooth for you. It’s fantastic that your tent and table cover are helping your business stand out—those vibrant colors and clear info really do make a difference! We truly appreciate you sharing our website with another vendor, and we’ll be ready whenever you’re ready to design that smaller setup. Thanks again for your support!
