Instant PotReviews of instantpot.com

Instant pot 12 cup rice cooker. I got this as a gift. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box on how to use it. There is a qr code to find recipes that are for every other instant pot device. I just want to know how much water to rice , how long does it take ect. What is wrong with including an instruction manual when supplying these goods.

Replacement basket for air fryer was smaller than original! My wife originally had a had an Instant Pot multi cooker that she was very pleased with so when they brought out the Air fryer Duo she happily bought one. It has proved very useful but unfortunately the non stick metal basket soon started to deteriorate and lose its coating. She tried to get a replacement but they were out of stock so she requested notification when it was back in stock. A year later she received an e mail with a link to the in stock item so we ordered the replacement. It arrived a couple of days later but it is smaller than the original. This means the stainless steel removable shelf you can insert to separate two different items of cooking will not fit! While the basic cooker seems good the metal basket is poor quality and Instant Pot's service is dreadful!

Almost impossible to use website. Purchased the Superior Slow Cooker because of recommendations in magazines and on retail websites. Delivery arrived. Opened box. Packaging was excellent. Product looks well manufactured and assembled. Hence the 2 stars. That's where it ends. The only instructions provided was a booklet 10 pages worth. No instructions other than scan a code to get started. Data usage. Next scan to download Instant brands Connect App. Next scan to visit Instant brands UK Youtube channel for useful (Not) videos. Next scan to connect Instant Pot UK Facebook Community. The actual user manual on their website, once you can find it. Transfers you to a .Com site which then transfers to a UK.instantbrands. Is 139 pages in length. So I won't be downloading and printing that anytime soon. Back to the booklet. Aptly named Getting Started Guide. 2 Important safeguards 8 Warranty Important safeguards Is READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS There are not any, other than scan to access using a smart phone or via a web address. For those without a smart phone or internet access, it would appear to be tough luck. Then what follows in the booklet are pages headed WARNING with DO's and DO NOT's Followed by SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS They are not instructions. Then follows the Warranty Limitation and Exclusions Basically the Warranty is worthless as it excludes everything, including 'Use contrary to the operating instructions', (of which there are none with the product or within the packaging). Very poor user information. The user manuals on the website don't match our device. You cannot find the user manual using the product code (and the naming convention is not consistent between the site and the various manuals). No Quick start guide. Some tags labelled 'remove before use' are hidden. I only found them by chance. No user information showing you what each button does or where important items such as the pressure release value is actually located.

My Instant Pot pressure cooker suddenly stopped working and displays a C6L error code. The Instant Pot is within warranty, but when reported to customer service they took 15 days to reply and their response was to ask for information that was already in my initial complaint (case #01998401), such as proof of purchase, the type of error and my address. Very poor customer service.

Badly designed products. The air fryer lid on our duo crisp no longer makes proper contact with the base so is basically landfill. It’s less than 18 months old. The whole thing seems to be made of plastic which will warp with heat. Don’t buy their garbage.

Terrible customer service, do not even bother to acknowledge emails. My air fryer stinks of plastic each time I use it & its 4 months old, even though the instructions say the smell goes away quickly, it doesn't!

Bought an instant pot duo air crisp jobby. done the introduction videos, but there is very little info on recipes and how long to cook things, left looking for people who have made their own vids. the App is dreadfulmost things are on there and instruction are missing detail, and it full of annoying bouncing Ads. get a grip and make a real App.
