I bought two packs of replacement filters at $20 each and was charged $20!!! postage for something that weighed next to nothing. That was bad enough but I have since learnt that I could've bought a 10 pack for $15 with free delivery from ebay or Amazon. So save your hard-earned and avoid these rip-off merchants.

Just purchased a new instant pot plus from Argos and it’s so bad We are trying to do the initial setup with a pressure cooker with 700ml of water. After now 17 mins the unit has not worked as expected. Steam is escaping from the lid and the lid is over 100c. I burnt my hand trying to vent the steam and then when I went to take the lid off it felt like melting plaster coming away. Not impressed after my first and final use!! We used a friend and that model was 3 years old and worked so much better then this new rubbis. Sister for a ninja version and it’s been pretty decent. I’ve wasted my time and £180 buying a crap product. Now I’ve got to pack it up and return it. Total load of crap I’ve got videos of the brand new unit failing and as I’m typing this out 33 mins later the unit will not start cooking Yeah waste of money

My Instant Pot Vortex air fryer’s digital display failed after about 12 months and became unusable. It was difficult to even find the correct support contact due to distribution changes, but I eventually reached CDB Goldair. The experience was poor. The response was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was told to just buy a new unit. Responsibility was pushed back onto me and then onto the 12 month warranty. In the end, the issue was not resolved by them. I had to go through the original retailer to obtain a refund, which was successful.

So my story with this company is that initially I bought this coffee maker because of the convenience of having the coffee pods and espresso pods in one machine. Worked great for a few months and then just one day stopped working made a weird noise stopped working. I called customer service. They had me run a few things to try to fix it didn’t work so because I was within the warranty, they sent me a new machine, the new machine lasted till yesterday morning, which was less than five years after returning the first one same thing made coffee one morning was fine. Went to make an espresso in the afternoon and just flashed some lights and stopped working called customer service. They ran me through the same things that I had already tried to fix it didn’t work and because I was out of the warranty they just kind of said well there’s nothing else we can do. I’m like there’s no way to fix this problem like a part or take it apart and fix it nothing and they send me an email on another method to try to clean it and then when I said that didn’t work they just basically said well that’s all we can do and they closed the email and said that was it worst Customer Service ever and I will definitely never ever buy something from this company again garbage quality fire beware product will last maybe four years if you’re lucky

I recently purchased an instant pot. I used it for the first time yesterday. It’s completely faulty after testing and trying to cook it kept saying burn food. I tried lots of things knowing there’s plenty of liquid inside and a friend who’s used one for years walking me through instructions it’s not working or coming up to pressure. Also I tried the water test and it’s not working at all. I wrote to instant pot as you can’t call and explained it’s faulty and they wrote back saying as I’d used it I can’t return it??? How would I know it’s faulty if I hadn’t try to use it? The consumer act and trading standings uk insist I can get a refund for a faulty product, I’m appalled at the customer service and will be writing to the CEO..

Bought a two drawer instant pot air fryer 4 years ago. It’s worked well enough, but now both drawers have developed cracks at the top, presumably due to the plastic going brittle due to the heat. I wrote to the support people a week ago, but they haven’t bothered to respond. I’m very dissapointed in their support organisation and the product quality, and for that reason am unlikely to purchase further products from their range.
