I cannot say enough great things InstantNonprofit. I looked at many companies to work with for establishing my nonprofit. So far, InstantNonprofit has far exceeded all of my expectations. Sure, they can do all the paperwork to collect from you what is needed to do all the IRS filings to get you the 501(c)3 status. But they do MUCH more--holding your hand through the things you need to do AFTER you've got your nonprofit--board meetings, angendas, minutes, financial planning, etc. And if you have ANY kind of question about operational issues, strategic issues, fundraising, etch, they have answers! Customer service is highly responsive. They have weekly ofice hours where you can ask questions. They are so up on every detail, and their staff are so knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive, I cannot think of anything negative to say about them. And importantly to me, they are passionate about the nonprofit world and are invested in the success in your nonprofit. They event want to know how things are going and want to hear what you are doing. If that's not enough, their Autopilot program takes care of any administrative filing requirements, reporting, tax returns, etc--truly autopilot--which is critical for smaller nonprofits who don't have staff to deal with such things. These are true nonprofit experts, and they are in it for the right reasons. I have worked with many companies for a variety of service needs, including large organizations with huge staff, and InstantNonprofit's resource. customer service, and commitment to customers exceeds all others.

Spelled the entity wrong on my state filing and refuse to address it or even acknowledge their mistakes. I have to go back and fix all of their mistakes. And that’s just one of the major issues I had. Please save your money. Maybe I just had a bad experience but too much went wrong and everytime I pointed it out I was chastised and spoken down to. Nevermind that they didn’t deliver what they were paid to. If I have to fix basic errors what was the point of paying for this? Everything is a mess- different entity names on everything. Nothing matches because they didn’t care enough to double check their work. EDIT: despite their lies below- I have documents directly from the online portal that they posted with different spellings of the entity name. Liz has been by far the most unprofessional, condescending and rudest person to work with. She has spoken down to me every-time I call out their mistakes. Please just avoid this company. Even with evidence they gaslight and refuse to take accountability. I also contacted them directly to address it and I have proof that they refused to. So I’m not sure why they are pretending that they were ever willing to address it. My first step was contacting them. I complained then they said the matter was closed and they would not work with me further. If they wanted to fix it- they could- they don’t need me to contact them again. Learn to spell and pay attention to details on legal forms and all will be well.

The 1023-EZ application process with InstantNonprofit was straightforward and efficient. The team’s instructions were clear, and the Mission HQ portal kept everything organized. I appreciated how quickly they got things done.
