Unacceptable mistakes
After 4 months of working with InstantNonprofit, I ended up going to file the Articles of Incorporation for my state on my own. Their previous attempts at filing it were filled with sloppy mistakes. The very mistakes I had hired a company to avoid. My Articles of Incorporation and EIN have different organization names on them, so even the thing they did do was done incorrectly so I have to fix that too. I asked for a partial refund, which I felt was generous on my behalf, all things considered, but was not given one. At this point, I had completely lost trust in the service and decided to file the paperwork for my nonprofit myself. I'm giving them 2 stars because I used some of the forms they provide. At best, this company is incompetent, but the level of incompetence reached such heights that I thought I might be getting scammed. Considering the lack of a refund, maybe I was.
