Download link failed. Customer support was no help. I have requested a refund. No response.

Was unable to install the purchased software. Sent emails to the help desk on 9/1/2025, 9/10/2025 and 9/26/2025. No response from Customer Service. Absolutely do not recommend this vendor.

The software will not load. The phone number goes to voicemail and email, I am still waiting for a response and fix after two days. I cannot do tasks with Microsoft and this is really frustrating to have to postpone work for days.

Paid for Microsoft Office and never received the link for it. Have contacted your company but if I don’t receive the link I’ll going to dispute the charges to my account.

Never recieved my software download or licence. just charged me and never sent delivery. Total rip off from my perspective.

Your initial email indicated it would take 1 to 6 hrs wherein I would receive a second email with the download instructions. Not only have I not received the second email I have repeatedly called and sent emails with no response from you. Please respond with the product as promised and paid for.

The link downloaded,but it would not install. The download took a full day (not instant). I called for support and am still waiting for a return call. I have downloaded from Microsoft,but still cannot get the key installed. Marc wagoner 402-312-4121
