I ordered a license and never received the email with the serial number. I sent an email to customer service on Tues and still haven't gotten a reply (Thurs.)

My download link won't work. I tried calling their tech support because their online chat is useless. PLEASE send me the download link and license key to my email account. Order #6632 and was ordered on March 7,2026

EDITED REVIEW: despite the delay in receiving the email containing the download link and product key, i am very pleased with the product and price. i recommend the office product from instant license just be patient, it will come.

The software I purchased was not delivered when promised. I cancelled the order and they still billed my credit card. DO NOT USE this company. No customer service at all.

I got the download, but it wouldn't run. I tried to call you and all I got was recordings, and no call back. I an furious! I don't have $69.99 to waste nor do I appreciate dealing with unresponsive people.
