Dear C.
Had a problem installing key. Had to call Microsoft for a numbers key. Did get it registered that way. Sent you folks an email asking for help. May email was not answered. 😩

The reason In gave only 4 stars is there needs to be clear instructions that only the link on the email which gives the activation code is live.

They need to improve communication. After paying for the license, the email I received had a failed link. It should have told me that the license would come in a separate email the next day. I figured out what the link should have been.

Despite ‘instant’ being part of their name, it took close to 28 hours before I got the code. It was estimated to arrive 1-6 hours in an email I received AFTER purchase. (This email did say it might take a little longer because of a sale, but still frustrating that it wasn’t instant! I had a project I needed to do.) But I will give 4 stars because the product is working fine and the price was good. Purchase was for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows.
