Sung came over a few weeks ago and gave our first seasonal application around the perimeter of our home, as well as spider removal and pantry moth analysis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! He assured us a second treatment would be provided in 2 weeks if necessary, which does seem to be the case, so I left a message to arrange for a time. Thanks again, Sung!

I found the technician to be polite, knowledgeable and hard working. His presence made me look up and surprise, surprise, not one but two wasps nests to be found. They are no longer a problem! Thank you

RE: Justin M. Justin serviced the outside of our house today. He was very courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and all the benefits that it provides. He understood our issues regarding the ants and explained how each blend works to give us max. benefit. Thank you. PS each rep that we have encountered from your business has been very good.

I signed up for an annual pest control program with Insight which includes 4 visits/applications in a year. Today was the second visit. I first received an email regarding the date to expect a visit from a technician. Then on the date, Braden J, the technician, showed up with a smile at my door. After asking a few questions about any issues that we have so far, he explained the process of the application for today to address those issues and beyond. He thoroughly checked around the house and applied a combination of products. After he was done he explained what he did and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the results so far and recommend this company.

We initially hired Insight to help us with black/carpenter ants. During the treatment, the technician, Kale Syverson, noticed several wasp nests, which he immediately took care of for us. We are now waiting to see how well the ant treatment works. Thank you Kale!

I just had our first treatment today. Two very polite young gentlemen, Kale Syverson and Dreyden Endicott performed the work. They explained the process before and let me know when all was done. Now it is a waiting game to see if the treatment has been effective.
