Kale Syverson came Friday for the second seasonal visit to my home. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any issues to relay. I suggested I had seen rodent activity on the NE side of the house. He quickly and efficiently cleared away the spider webs and relocated the recharged trap.

Fall visit from Insight Pest Solutions, technician Eli was polite and seemed to know what to do. Read his report, and checked outside and couldn't find the copper mesh mentioned in his written report.

My regular technician, John, is always friendly & efficient!! :)

Andrew was a superstar. Took the time and care to fully assess and address my rodent and insect situation.

Erin Celik service rep. Explained all applications and baiting procedure, answered all my questions. Very personable and friendly. Excellent service.

Florian came by today to take down a very large wasp next up under the second story eves. He was very professional and had to work around a lot of people working next door. He did an excellent job and gave me a good description of what turned out to be a number of nests within a large nest. All in all an excellent job experience. Well done.
