Travis S is very pleasant when he visits. He goes over what he plans to do on that day throughly and answers any questions you have along the way.

I signed an agreement with them. Later, I talked to my wife and she did not like the idea of hiring a pest control company, so I asked them if I could cancel our agreement. They agreed to my cancellation without any penalty or pressure. A trustworthy company!

Personnel gentils. Le technicien a bien expliqué les choses. Bon service. Merci

Insight Pest Solutions. Dealing with Amanda VanHart I felt confident we were being taken care of properly. She explained in detail what she was going to be looking for and then explained the actions she had taken on our property. You could easily tell Amanda takes great pride in the work she does and her work ethic was second to none. I am hoping to get her back for our next inspection and service. Sean (Keswick)

Excellent service from technician Louis from Quebec City. I received a call and the technician was here 5 minutes later and executed all the services thoroughly throughout the house. Merci beaucoup Louis!

The young salesman, Neils, was very professional, very helpful and explained everything very well. Very courteous and well-spoken knew his business well enough to be completely comfortable in his sales pitch. Enjoyed meeting him and talking about pest control. Clifford R LeQuieu
