I was happy with the service Paul E provided. He came at a time convenient for me. There was a mix up with scheduling which I found very annoying. This has happened before. I was suppose to have the service the day before but they changed it to the next day which was not convenient for me. Paul said he was on my street the day before!! They need to work on scheduling appointments to satisfy the customer. I am seriously thinking of changing companies as this has happened before with scheduling.

Today was the 2nd official visit from this company. The last visit about 3 weeks go was a no charge extra visit because we had noticed some rodent activity in a new spot. The company came right away and set another trap. Today’s technician was Ashish Batra and he was very courteous and informative. He announced his arrival then gave us a verbal report after he was done.
