Our technician was super polite and friendly. Would always knock and let us know he was there to provide the necessary services. The products seem to work well, as ants were destroying my yard and it is much better now. I'm also finding a lot of dead crickets on the sidewalk and somehow mini-bees/yellow jackets are showing up dead inside the house. Pretty impressive.

This my second review. Before the treatment, the spiders were out making new webs, minutes after I took them down. Its a week after the treatment now, and there is nary a web. Braden Jessen and his partner Justin did an excellent job. The critical reviews of the company's customer service (posted on the BBB) are a bit disconcerting. But so far I am pleased with the result.

Kale Syverson and Dreyden Endicott were very professional, polite and efficient. Dreyden handled the external treatment of the house, while Kale checked out the crawl space for rodent entry spots. A job well done!

Initial service was ok, but I was expecting a better result. Still had many ants outside of the house, and was still finding various spiders and other insects inside the house within the first 2 weeks after treatment. Called for a retreatment, and the follow up service tech Frank was way more thorough, I felt provided a much broader treatment. I feel if the initiual treatment was this thorough perhaps I wouldn't have needed the follow up...but time will tell and hoping this does the trick.
