Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

Their services are absolutely horrible, in fact everything they promised was actually made worse. I would not recommend spending a cent on their services. And when I asked to cancel the service they wanted to charge crazy fees even when they knew I was dissatisfied.

Pushy door to door salesman. Didn't tell us that there was a huge cancellation fee if we didn't want the service any longer. Pest control was a joke. Might as well have sprinkled fairy dust. Spiders and wasps everywhere. When contacted the 'contact us' page online, no reply and no tracking that I ever emailed wanting their attention to the problem. Now I'm stuck. 810 dollar's for nothing. Never use this company. Never. Ever.

Do NOT use this company! They charged me over $400 to spray 3 times over the course of a year and I still had bugs in my home, which I had asked for extra sticky traps yet they were always out. On my final month of my contract I was moving and refused to pay the final $39 since the last spray was canceled by the company and they tried to reschedule after I was already going to be out of my house. Now three months later have been sent to collections for a bill of $254. I have called the company multiple times to resolve this and still have yet to be able to speak to someone. I keep being told someone will call me back yet no one does. I have now had to file a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau.

READ BBB REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING!!! The sales reps used by this company are dishonest and mislead their potential clients. I've checked BBB and this is a recurring theme. They keep doing it over and over. They state they will investigate and handle their rogue sales member. As for you though, you are stuck and either get through the 12 month contract or pay 75% of the total cost to get out of it.

The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.

This is probably the most inconsistent company I have ever dealt with. They schedule you for every 2 months, it rains or something comes up, and you won't see them again. I will never recommend this company. My neighbors are having the same issues. My contract was over in May, I realized in August-tried to cancel and was told had to write a 30 day written notice to cancel.

Guy showed up at the door (Jeff Wolff) and told me all my neighbors had signed up (they hadn't - he made up names of people a few street over) and can give a discount because in the area. Seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy (won't happen again) so I said OK. He promised me twice that I was signing to NOT have a contract but couldn't read it on his ipad (cited technical difficulties) and couldn't send until later (same technical difficulties). When I did get it thank goodness I read it as he signed me up for contract and I had 3 days to get out of it which I did. They tried to charge me cancellation fee but I advised them they said can't do that in 3 days so off scott free. Seems like they get a lot of people this way so steer clear!

I agreed to use their services, and they sent me an email of the contract. Because my Word program was different than theirs, the contract was illegible. I have asked 6 times now for a hard copy of the contract. The first 2 times, I got a response saying that their rep would stop by my house and give me a hard copy. So far, no hard copy and now they've stopped answering my emails. How hard would it be for them to mail me a paper copy??? If they were truly reputable, they would have already done it. I feel like I've been scammed. Do not use this service!
