This company is a scam. They make you sign a tablet so that you can't read terms. They scheduled me for four treatments two in the winter. This is the North not the South. When they called in November saying they were coming I questioned that and asked so when is the next visit and was told in February (when the soil in Frozen). I told them no. To come only in the spring/summer season. I paid them for every service call but they insisted I pay for these non service calls too. I canceled their service and now they have me in for collection for the winter months that I refused service.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

At first I was happy with the first service. Techs were polite and explained what they were doing. Basically I was worried about the carpenter ants. They also left 2 bait stations for the rats. I then realized that I made a huge mistake. In the following days there were dead and dying spiders, beetles, worms and even 3 baby bunnies in the yard!!! I was horrified!! When trying to cancel the service I was told it would cost $200 to cancel the service. I admitted my mistake and was fine with paying for the first service but having to pay $200 to keep them off my property is robbery!!! I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this company!!! Oh and we still have rats!!

Their office people seem nice and professional up to date. Don't trust their on door sales people, they will not tell you about existing cancellation fees, instead they insist you can cancel any time without mentioning any details about the cancellation fee, then when you receive a copy of your signed contract you will notice there is an existing cancellation fee.

SCAM DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them a 0 I would for being deceitful and being shady. A door to door salesman (Kavan O'barr) showed up at our door offering a discount, $100 for a whole house spay down with a 300 dollar discount . Seemed like a decent deal but do not trust them for they do not tell you the whole truth. He never told me about a monthly charge and said i would be charged every 3 months. When I realized what had happened I tried to cancel and they said they had to voided the discount for the service I had received and charged me $300 for the cancellation fee. This company’s main goal is to get people unknowingly hooked on their shady subscription and hit them with big fees for canceling. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Wouldn't recommend. The quality is on par with cheaper competitors.

SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. A door to door salesman showed up at our door offering a discount for a service. It seemed like a good deal but he didn’t tell us that the discount came with a an annual subscription to their services. They charge huge amount of money and even though we called them several time to cancel they continued taking money from our account. They show up when nobody is around claiming they did whatever and send huge bills. Do not take any contract from them. It is a pure scam!!!

Seemed like a decent deal but I unwisely did not read the fine print and he didn’t tell me that the discount came with a an annual subscription to their services. When I realized what had happened I tried to cancel so they voided the discount for the service I had received and charged me $399 for the service and a $100 cancellation fee. As far as the service goes I suppose it was fine but this company’s main goal is to get people unknowingly hooked on their shady subscription and hit them with big fees for canceling. If they show up at your door offering anything SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACE.
