Beware of this company. They offer a deal for $149.00 to come out, check for pests, and treat whatever pests are found. We were told the service would send a technician to our property every month for a year at a cost of $79/month after the initial visit. We were also told we could cancel at anytiime. We had yellow jackets. An Insight technician came twice, and was very competent about checking everything out. We had no nests, and felt we no longer needed their services. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICES I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A $250 CANCELLATION FEE. We had to pay it to get out of the contract. Perhaps our bad for not asking the cost of cancellation. But they were not explicit about it when they explained how their system worked. They just amplified the idea that you could cancel at any time.

The sale guy for Insight was going door to door. The man told my husband & I that today only if we signed up it was 1/2 off. He firmly stated it is only today because I was just going to have him talk to my husband tommorow. Instead I called my husband over and he restated about the 1/2 off and what all they do. Instead of 600.00 a year it was 300.00 and they came every other month. My husband said, let me think it over. He said well the discount won’t be available tommorow. So we signed the tablet which only had signature page. They sprayed once & when I got the email with all the information about contract. When I added it up it came to 600.00. The guy lied. So I called and cancelled and cancelled my card. The sent out someone to spray again and we told him no, we had cancelled contract. I talked to Insight because I kept getting calls, he said you can’t cancel l& they turned over too collection agency. I just want this removed off my credit!!

Agree - it's a scam. Beware of the OBLIGATORY 4 Stage service. There is a $200 + tax cancellation fee. I was told that I can opt out at any time. I continue to have spiders, ants, earwigs.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY AWAY! They run promotional discounts at a monthly rate but only service quarterly. And they send kids to service your house and they STRAIGHT UP DONT DO THE WORK! And they lie to your face about it. No results. No customer service. Good luck getting any kind of resolution from this company. It's a shame they are allowed to be in business with a reputation like this.

Ever since I started using their service, I have noticed a significant increase in spider webs around my house and a concerning influx of spiders and other bugs inside. This is unusual as I have lived in this house for seven years without any such problems. Their service has not delivered the promised results. Multiple times, their technicians have neglected to go to the back of my property as our side gate was closed. However, they could have easily knocked on our front door as my wife was always home. They never even bothered to check and see if we needed new traps inside the home. Despite charging a $60 monthly fee, their service is far from satisfactory. I only used them for a year because I signed a contract stating that they would not charge me the initial $300+ if I stayed for a year. However, it would have been more cost-effective to pay the fee and cancel my services. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the low-quality service provided by this company. They are overcharging customers for a service that does not meet expectations.

Very smooth-talking company. I was put in a contract without my knowledge. I was charged an additional $270.00 to get out of a contract I never wanted or agreed to. Beware!

I noticed mud daubers in my home. I have an annual plan so I called. Spoke to someone they told me they would have a manager call me. Horatio called and didn't appear to know I was on a plan. He was rude and didn't listen and hung up on me. A week later still trying to get a hold of the company and now waiting on hold to schedule a follow up (currently 1 hour 15 minutes). They use the excuse that its really busy. Hire more call centre folks seriously. I will not be renewing.

Don't trust their on door sales people, they say you can cancel 30 days prior to next service, but they didn't tell you there is a cancellation fee.
