Sidhant was the technician this time. It's usually Gary. I was at work and he called as I requested. I confirmed he knew where access to my crawl space was. He sprayed for insects and Carpenter ants as I had issues last year. Also hung wasp bait accordingly as I had eves troughs etc done and came across many combs. He was pleasant and thorough. Also, the company emails the work done to me. Which I think is great to have for my records.

I have definitely seen a reduction of mosquitoes, ticks and wasps since using Insight. Gautam who sprayed was very professional and really made sure to spray all the spots that were of concern.

I have been happy with this company, last year I hardly saw a wasp around my place, same thing with spiders which scare me to death, since using Insight I have had very few spiders or wasps, or any other creepy crawlers, their technicians are friendly & helpful. The tech Mohit Bhalla was very polite & engaging, so far I’m a satisfied customer

Sung was the representative who came to our home today (our 3rd visit in the yearly contract). He was quick, knowledgeable, and careful to go over his findings with me. He also reviewed what he had done to help matters before leaving.

Great customer service, if I need a respray they come out within a day or two. Very friendly and professional. I've had them for over a year now. My one complaint is what they use takes time to work, and I want instant death for those bugs. But since they do unlimited resprays for free it works with a few exseptions. I didn't realize I had signed up for 18 months if the sellers were better at explaining that it would have been appreciated. Will I renew? I dunno.
