C’est un SCAM. Les commentaires qui donnent des 5 étoiles concernent juste le service. Oui ils sont polis. MAIS! Leurs produits sont complètement inefficaces. Je me demande même si ce n’est pas de l’eau sucrée qu’ils spray. Après plusieurs traitements depuis l’année dernière, j’ai été infestée de fourmis chez moi ce printemps. J’ai eu recours à un VRAI exterminateur qui a levé les yeux en l’air lorsque je lui ai parlé de Insight pest sol. Après avoir expliqué à un manager que je ne voulais plus de leurs services, ils m’ont quand même envoyé un avis pour un prochain traitement et une facture. J’ai du passé plusieurs minutes au téléphone avec du personnel plus haut placé afin qu’ils résilient mon contrat et qu’ils m’envoient une confirmation par courriel. J’ai demandé un remboursement. Ils n’ont jamais donné suite à cette demande. Si vous consultez les avis sur Yelp vous comprendrez. Ne faites pas l’erreur de les engager vous perdrez votre argent.

Wearing the Insight Pest Solutions T-Shirt (I'm not sure its a company's uniform or not), knocking my door for like 2-3 times and telling me that my alley house have a RAT CAVE. Showing me the place of the RAT CAVE, and illustrate some information about his services. After a few sentence, he tell us to apply for his services with only 900$ (already discount). Since I am a tenant therefore I told him to wait, and I need to call the landlord first, so that she will allow me to do it later. He immidiately say "You don't have to, she will love you if you do this to her house. And there's some laws in BC for protecting the house from insects..." and he told me "If the landlord sign his service its will cost her more than me sign his service" ....like why? What's the difference? After all of my NO NO, and DISAGREE to sign. He ran away with a mocking sentence said "Have fun with the rat!"...Like I am really suprise that you guys willing to say that to your customer. A person who not really understand the service and need to clarify it first before actually sign it. But whoa la, you run away and with a mocking to your customer because they're not ready to use your service. Well, good luck to your business then!

Came to my door. Never revealed that it was a reoccurring service. Had me believe it was a one time service for spray around the house and ants in the back yard. I was surprised to get 2nd bill. Paid $300 for 1 service. Never got rid of ants. Don't do it!!!

Stay away from these scammers!!! They make you wait all day and don't show!!! And then you call to get laughed at and tell you they rescheduled without notifying you!l so you miss work!!! Awful customer service. Stay away!!! They subscribe $700 a year for them to come 3 times!!!!!

This company follows dishonest business practices. They employ sales folks who come door to door to "sell" their product. Fine. A lot of companies do that. The problem is, they assure you it isn't a contract service and you can cancel at anytime. Once you sign-up, you receive an email a few hours later stating you've signed onto a 1-year term, and if you cancel, you'll be charged a full-term fee of over $800 (4-services/year). If it's indeed a contract, that's fine, but tell the consumer that. While I wanted the service, the dishonesty alone made me uncomfortable with continuing with this company.

Someone from Insight Pest control knocked on our front door at 8:45 pm. We have a sign stating no solicitors as I work shift work and sleep odd hours. This person did in fact wake me up!

We hired Insight to rid us of sugar ants. We have had them here repeatedly in the last 9 months and they have been completely unsuccessful. They sprayed the house a month ago and we had to leave our house for the day. We then left for a month and now we are back and sooooo are the ants. We are very very unsatisfied.
