A complete scam with shady salesman who are extremely deceptive. With a cancellation fee on top.

I am so happy that i am not working for this company anymore. In minimum pay they are expecting so much from employees. Talking about work load…you can’t even take a break. If you take a break then you are working till 6 pm. They will give you 12 appointments a day. Don’t give you time for travelling. I would not recommend anyone this company as lots of health issues you will get like all day you spraying chemicals like creazy ( 100 litres, in summer time). Don’t spoil your health for this minimum paying work. They will not give you enough time for Wear PPE. You will just 30 min for regular service( talk to customer, PPE, deweb entire house, mice trap , granulation, spray and some time inside treatments as well). It was so frustrating and stressful working with this guys. I hated my self working for this company. Good luck everyone.

Before I begin my review of this company, I'd like to commend Heili Carter and Piyush Verma for the quality of their customer care. They handled my questions and complaints very professionally. But, that is where it ends.... this company and its services are a total scam. They bully you into signing a 1-year contract and then you are at their mercy. Phone calls and emails are not responded to. Numerous requests for Brandon Bradley (the salesperson who signed me up) to call me have been totally ignored. They charged me for a service that was not completed and would not reverse the charge on my card. I waited on hold for at least 20 minutes before leaving a callback number - no one ever called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone in customer service, they just spewed a bunch of lies. The list goes on and on. DO NOT engage with this company. They operate with deceit and pressure. I broke my own rule: Never do any transactions at the door - I completely regret having been "charmed" by Brandon Bradley - he is a great sales weapon for a company that practices deceit, scam and pressure. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, the way I did.

Cette compagnie est à éviter à tout prix. Suite au passage d'un représentant, nous avons pris un contrat avec eux pour se débarrasser de fourmis charpentières. Le technicien qui est venu pensait venir pour des souris. Il a fini par comprendre que ce n'était pas un problème de souris mais un problème de fourmis charpentières. Il est resté 20 minutes dont la moitié sur son téléphone et s'en est allé sans un mot et sans nous informer de ce qu'il avait fait. 3 semaines plus tard les fourmis étaient toujours là. On m'a donné 2 autres rendez-vous mais aucun technicien n'est venu. Les fourmis sont toujours aussi nombreuses. J'ai payé le premier passage à 263 $. Pour mettre fin au contrat, Insigth va me prélever 263 $ supplémentaires.

None of their many phone numbers work. Cant even complain that the bugs are all back. So had to cancel the credit card I used to pay them, so as to get out of any future payments required as cancellation fee and a years worth of required bimonthly payments for no work worth mentioning.

I have 2 plans with them since 2022. Mosquitoes prevention and spiders and ant prevention contracts. For mosquitoes solutions is terrible service. They schedule on a rainy weather and you should call again and again and they will schedule for after 2 weeks . Summer is only for 3 months in Canada . I don’t recommend mosquitos prevention plans at all

Joe B the door to door sales person on a hoverboard refused to leave our property in the Bluffs and after we politely declined his scam sales efforts he proceeded to insult the condition of our home and refused to leave. When we said our next step is to call the police if he won’t leave our property he said the police are useless. Truly a horrifying experience.

Pushy door to door sales. Why are they saying they will come and spray in the winter??? Overpriced, underdeliver. Do NOT use this company, they are a scam.
