Their whole offering is a scam from the minute the rep showed up uninvited to our patio until termination. The representative explained an offering that doesn't exist through a tablet. Only to find out what I really signed up for when I terminated the agreement. They finally send you your contract, that looks nothing like what the original offer was. To add insult to injury the termination fee is triple the original fee agreed upon for service. This makes sense why all there summer sales help is from other states. I can't imagine what they are being taught or if these reps actually knew about the scam going in. Unreal ethics and unfortunate to all that have to go through this.

Used their service 1 time and right before the second visit I called them and cancelled the 1 year contract and had to pay a penalty of 250$. They accepted and charged me the penalty which was fine with me. A technician came the next day to get some ant traps. I never had insect infestations but 2 days later a bunch of insects started popping up to the front of the house. It’s been ongoing ever since and for 2 weeks now. The only house in the area that has this. Is it a coincidence? I think not! 20 years in this house and it happens 2 days after they come and collect some ant traps from the front yard! I let you deduct your own conclusions. Beware!

Absolutely incredible how it is dealing with this company. First there service tech did nothing at my house Virtually nothing. When I tried to call and talk about what happened is when the real BS started run a round like you wouldn't believe. TERRIBLE!

Questionable business practices - Very difficult to end the contract! After many communications with them to end the contract, they are still coming at my home and take the payment on my credit card. I have to block my credit card!

Prior to signing up with Insight Pest Control I was paying $55.00 a quarter with a different company. The sales person for Insight Pest Control was a very fast talker and told me I would be saving money by switching to them as they were giving me a discount on the initial set up as well as paying $49.00 a quarter if I switched to them. I was happy with my previous provider but this sounded like a good savings to me. I signed the contract on their IPad and apparently I didn't see the $49.00 a month charge. I am now paying $49.00 a month which equates to $588.00 a year for them to come out and spray my yard 4 times a year. I still have lots of bugs, spiders, and moles. I went to Lowes and purchased a mole stick that vibrates the ground which has helped. My error for not reading the entire contract. I will never promote this company.

i did not see much noticeable difference. Felt expensive to value provided. Worst experience on cancellation. do not succumb to door to door salesforce. read the contract properly before you sign.

We asked them to help with our ant problem in the garden and it has done nothing at all. They pushed very hard for a total kill-all solution, which we do not support. Having had two ‘treatments’, the ants are worse than ever, so we called to cancel the service. Now we are told we have to ‘buy out’ the contract' despite having paid for the treatments to date. I hate door to door salespeople, and these are the reason they get such a bad name.

The sales mislead me to sign an annual package when I assumed it was a one time service contract. When I realized the true and requested to cancel this scam contract, I was told either to complete the contract or pay the cancellation fee. Cheating is absolutely unacceptable!! I will never use this company anymore.
