Pushy sales people. Did not respect the "no soliciting signs". Told them "not interested" and would not stop talking. Lots of bad reviews out there Ironic because the real pests are maybe themselves.

Very cheeky sales person experience, no detailed explanation on contract, forcing to sign with only highlighting the promotional price. Did not give a chance to fully read the contract paper before sign it. Explained like the promotional price for a full year but wasn't, also cancellation fee is unreasonably high. Alexandra was the name of the sale person and she estimated way lower price for the same service for my neighbor. Service wise, I had to explain the something to the service team again when they came to apply the pesticide. and I still see lots of spiders in my garage.

DO NOT capitulate to this unethical company. Door to door pressure on vulnerable seniors. They pushed their way into my Dad's house despite his caregiver's protests that he has dementia, and convinced him he needed an $800 contract to eliminate spiders in his backyard. His back yard is a 1 acre wooded lot - of course there are spiders! Plus it gets to 30 below in winter... dangerous spiders are not a problem here. And to top it off we'd just had our yearly exterminator inspection (different and reliable company and mostly for mice) the previous week and got the all-clear.

Pushy door-to-door sales people who ignore "no soliciting" signs and constantly return after you've told them to not come back. They ride their scooters onto your property and lean their scooters on your car as they approach your door. What homeowner would ever use a service that gives this first impression?

Salesman Justin made several false promises during his visit, claiming that the technician would spray behind electrical outlets and into the walls. However, when the service technician arrived, he informed us that no such service exists. Justin also assured us that crack sealing was included, but the technician stated that this is not a service they offer either. When we came home after the service was performed we were greeted by a huge spider

C'est une compagnie malhonnête, ils chargent des services qu'ils n'ont pas donné. Ils ferment les contrats sans avertissement pouvoir vous charger le double du prix. Ne prenez pas de service avec eux vous allez vous faire plumer. Je ne ferais plus affaire avec eux. JAMAIS PLUS!

The salesman that came by promised many things they would do for me that my previous company wasn't doing. They came out for my 1st visit and upon inspection I still have old wasp nests in my eve's. I was told they could spray behind outlets and down into the walls. The tech took off faceplates but then told me there is no way to get down behind the box the outlet is in. I was told they would treat my upper eve's and that wasn't done period. The tech also did not have enough granules to drop because they are out and would have to come back later this week once their order arrives. Not having product to treat paying customers at the time of treatment is unprofessional at best. The contract says you can cancel within 3 business days, however, there is a $350 promotional fee they charge you for cancelling. Note this is not called a cancellation fee. Even when telling them all the things that was wrong their only response is we can send someone out to "fix" it. So do not even try this company. The knowledge of the tech who was just hired is abysmal. I'm almost positive they treated carpet beetles with a generic spray which does not kill them. A quick google search can tell you that. So buyer beware!

A guy showed up at my door and quoted my husband a charge of $89 every 3 months! But they still would come monthly and service our home inside and out which was a great deal! We canceled our current pest company and awaited our appt. My day off I sat and waited at home until they got there..... once they were 30 mins late I was getting very frustrated. My husband called them and they said they were not able to honor the quote the guy gave us so they never showed up. Not a call. Email nothing. And then tried to charge us 150 instead. Super unprofessional! And very sketchy! Do not use this company!
