The company is a scam set to lock in the unknowing to a contract that is not breakable. The hook is they send kids into neighborhoods to do a 'promotion'. The promotion is to get people signup. That is an immediate $250 even if you are able cancel within the 3 days given. It doesn't matter what is said during the transaction, the contract is hidden until you sign. They will hide behind this like it is appropriate. I am concerned about elderly and veterans in the area falling prey to this fraud. Please don't let this business continue.

Would give zero stars if I could. There have been no results and in fact, since they came there has been a rat or rats pooping all over our patio which they never did before. They are unprofessional and we feel very scammed. We tried to back out of the contract to which they say they will charge $250. They did not specify this prior. So disappointed and they clearly take advantage of a lot of people by scaring them about pests and not being up front. Shame. Do better.

Girlfriends mom hired the service for Spiders (gf hates earwigs) and mice (gf mom hates mice). After the worker was finished I talked to him. We have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large. I asked him what was done and he told me. I asked about our dogs he said wait one hour for the sprays to dry. No problem. Then I realized he had placed bait/poison boxes for mice. So, I inquired about them. I asked if they were safe, he said the dogs could not get into them. I asked "What if, a mouse eats poison, leaves the box, dies in the yard and then my dogs get it and are poisoned because of this." This guy could not/would not say that this is a possibility and that the posion takes an hour to kill (everytime, maybe?), IMPLYING that it was UNLIKELY to happen, not saying so specifically. He left. I'm not stupid and know that this isn't something he could confirm could not happen. I called the Insight Pest control Solutions phone number. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, AND I QUOTE TOLD ME THAT THE RODENTICIDE IN THE BOXES DOES NOT AFFECT DOGS. Only kils mice. Also they said in the same call that IF MY PETS SHOULD BE ATTRACTED TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS ONLY THEN SHOULD I GIVE THEM A CALL. Why would that be a problem if the products are 100% safe? I had the attendant on the phone confirm a second time that they had said the rodenticide does not affect dogs. I google searched for this magical poison product and found no such product. There is no 100% confirmation that poison boxes are safe around pets.

My elderly step-father signed up for a service option that we did not need. And it was very over-priced. And I don't know if he realized that the service was ongoing and not one-time. I feel that he was deceived. Very dissatisfied.

Horrible, didn’t even get rid of the pest in my home and is way over priced

BEWARE! Fast talking salesman, misrepresent actual quarterly costs and charge massive fees to cancel. Bad customer service, steer clear!

nick the sakesman tricked me into signing a 1 year contract when all i wanted was a pay-as-you go arrangement. getting out nof contract is punishing

I signed in June '24 for 12 months as this type of pest control is not a one shot type of pest control. It works best to maintain and service regularly. I had no service after September. They explained that my city will not accept their type of pest control. Not sure why. Nontheless, I paid and received only 2 sessions and nothing else. I was never notified that they wanted to cancel my contract I had to pursue them to find out why I was not serviced and their reply was that they would not charge me a cancelation fee. A fee for what? There is no more service. If I canceled they charge, but if they cancel, no refund. Wasted my money and will never refer them. I actually referred them to 3 people and Insight never followed up with them. I will have to find a company that cares about clients. They certainly didn't.
