I was really happy with my order. After a mistake on my end with my address, customer service was quick to get it updated for me. I got an email once my order shipped, it was packaged neatly and secured against a cardboard flat. The paper quality was the best I've seen from any kind of art print service and the colors were really vibrant.

Looking at all the bad reviews I'm honestly quite shocked as I had a good experience with these guys - some prints I ordered somehow got sent to the wrong address and the customer service team were super helpful, they sent me replacement prints free of charge and kept me updated the whole way. Hope this experiences happens for more people!

I had a great experience with Inprint customer service. Unfortunately I had made a mistake reading the mail wrong and not collecting in time, it was sent back to the states or lost. Inprint politely reposted the Print free of charge, finally I have the beautiful artwork is hanging on my wall. Thanks!

I was a little bit hesitant to order from Inprnt because of the poor Trustpilot score, but I really wanted a print from an artist I love so I took the risk. I took advantage of a discounted shipping sale (which seems to happen pretty often) and it shipped DHL with tracking. There was a customs fee, but it was perfectly reasonable. I had to reach out to customer service after 10 business days because my order status still hadn't changed. They replied quickly and a fews days later I had my tracking number. The print quality is great so far, very sharp details, great saturation, no bleed and accurate colors (when compared with my calibrated monitor). I will definitely buy from them again, if they drop the ball on a future order, I will update my review. I think their score is slightly biased because they don't ask for reviews unlike companies like RedBubble (which is also great) and I do like that the artists get more revenue from Inprnt

Had cards made from the artist Mars Black. High quality cards, easy to work with company. FedEx actually lost my package and inprnt resolved the situation quickly and with no problem. Will order from them again!
