I’ve been ignored by INPRNT for over…
I’ve been ignored by INPRNT for over three weeks after sending multiple support inquiries, using both their support contact form and direct email. Zero response. If they can’t be bothered to answer basic questions, why should artists or customers trust them? Completely unacceptable.

They can't check their inbox
I placed an order on May 6th. When I got it in the mail, the poster was the correct size, but the image was not sized correctly and the image was cropped out. I asked for a replacement with the full image. It takes them EIGHT DAYS to answer me (their website says to give them 2 days). They acknowledge that the dimensions were wrong and they would send me a different size with the full image, and even refund the difference since it would be a bit smaller. They asked what I'd like to do and to let them know. The same day, I agree to this. It's been another week and I still haven't heard anything about my replacement. It got to the point where I reached out to the artist directly about this issue. Like, literally don't sell here, they don't care about their customers, clearly. I'm giving them 1 more week before I file a dispute. This was the first and last time I'll ever order from this company.

Hi Mosey!
We tried to reach out to you through Trustpilot but they noted you refused to provide additional info. We're not sure about this particular issue but we're always happy to help. Based on your comment, it sounds like you ordered something and were unhappy with the size and the team offered you a replacement. If there was any delay, it's because we're a small team of just 10 people. If there's anything we can assist you with, please reach out and the support team is always around :)

Do not use as a customer or artist
Two of the prints were decent, the third one (at maximum size) was dreadful. It was totally pixelated and grainy and looked like I had printed out a tiny jpeg blown up about 10 times the size it should have been. They claimed it was the file that the artist sent, maybe that's true, but someone at this company actually had to print this out, wrap it up and send it to me, and no one thought 'hmm, maybe this one just hasn't turned out so well and we shouldn't be trying to sell this work at this size'.
Anyway, that was the beginning of the troubles. Contacted them through the website on the 8th of April, because there is no chat box or actual email even when you log in to contact directly. 'We will reply within 2 working days'. They probably should update this message to say 7 or more.
Finally, someone gets back to me with a really bizarre short email which made no sense and resolved absolutely nothing. I questioned it, ended up having a back and forth email chain for a few days. Finally, on the 21st of April I am told, if I rip the print apart and take a photo of it, they will give me a refund.
Pretty gross to have to rip up an artist's work that I actually really admire, but I couldn't use the print in the state it was so I did it. Replied to them the same day with the photo. Oh what a surprise, they now totally ghost me.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I will get my money back eventually, but the fact I have to go through them after I should have got a refund more than a week ago is just appalling customer service.
Would never buy from them again. Artists, these people are telling customers to tear up your work. Do NOT give this company your business.
Edit: Literally have the receipt of the email I sent on the 21st of April with the photo of the torn up print, AND I flagged this on PayPal support for them to address through the PayPal system too a few days ago, including that same email chain as I'd already sent. There's no way they did not receive this as their reply implies.

Hi Natalie!
We certainly apologize for any confusion. I have checked the ticket and the team is still awaiting your reply.
For clarification: The details you saw in the print were a stylistic choice by the artist. There was no issue with the print or the high res source file they provided. The team sent over a zoomed in shot of the work for your review and you wrote back that you did not care for it.
Since there was no issue with the print, we offered to have you tear it up instead of shipping it back for a refund. We do this to protect the artists and their work since the sale is being cancelled by the customer. It also helps expedite the process for you.
We're still happy to help, just send us a reply when you're ready and the team can assist you further :)

Customer support does not respond to…
Customer support does not respond to emails. I'm waiting for two weeks now.
EDIT: To respond to the claim that they "do not have any tickets" from me: I just checked the "Previous conversations" bubble on INPRNT – my first mail seems to have disappeared in the last 24 hours (it was present for the past two weeks, I was checking regularly), while the second one is still there, stating "checkmark Received." So stop lying to make the clients look foolish!
EDIT#2: I reached via your contact form on site. I clicked Help, Contact Us and Email, which says "Send a message / We usually respond within 2 business days". I completed everything required, entered my email, and received an automatically generated message on Gmail: "The team will reply to your inquiry as soon as we can!" This is how I communicated with you in 2024. But now my experience is the same as many others report: it is impossible to get a response. Because of such incidents, I am now afraid to collaborate.

Don't oder when you are not in the US!!
We bought some posters with shipment to Germany. The quality of the prints are great but they wrote way too high a value on the package so we had huge customs fees. The value had nothing to do with our order value and I'm so angry about that. Thy would a company do that and make the customer pay much more even without them having any advantage. I wrote the customer service but never got a reply. Will never order again!
Edit 3.8.2025: I wrote the customer service again and didn't get a reply.....

Hi!
Can you please contact our support team with additional information? Our line on the packages are directly copied from your order invoice, so the values should be the same. The team will be happy to look into that for you.

Not happy with them. Won't go back.
Customer service was awful and the print was not very good quality, IMHO. It felt like an excessive time since I had ordered, so I checked up on the status in their system. Showed that the order hadn't processed yet, and there was no date for when it would. I emailed them asking to cancel and they insisted it had just printed, so I couldn't cancel.
I won't deal with them again.
