I had a great experience working with Matt Black at Innovation Refunds to apply our company for the ERTC refund. Matt was very timely with communication and spent the time needed to answer any questions I had. He also is just a super down-to-earth dude and easy to talk to. His desire to sell their service to me in our initial talks did not cloud over his genuineness or patience in answering all my questions. He also did not become unavailable after I signed the agreement. He was always quick to respond to an email or answer the phone. The process they walked me through was super seamless and organized, and they were extremely clear on what to expect in all the different steps. Their fee may seem high at first glance, but it was easy to understand by the end of the process why I wanted the responsibility to get all the details right in their hands. I will note that I have NOT received any of the moneys due to our company yet as we just finished the application process and are waiting on the IRS to process, but I'm sure we will retrieve the full amount possible when they get to our files. It was an added assurance to me that this company's headquarters are in Des Moines, Iowa where my company is based. You can take it from me that they are real people and not scamming you. I would definitely use this company again for any future refund applications. The peace of mind is substantial.

I first heard this ad on KFI 640 AM with Bill Handel and then my CPA told me about the program with Innovation Refunds regarding the ERC credit. I sent an email requesting information and then I get this call from Matt Black. Mr. Black was very pleasant on the phone and very knowledgeable and informative. He walked me through the process and it was easy. I was then contacted by Julie Mayer Pohl and she really knows her stuff. I had several questions, and she was always very prompt in answering my concerns. I highly recommend the firm and their wonderful staff: Matt Black and Julie Mayer Pohl. I give them an A+ (100%).

Matt Black did a great job getting both of my companies qualified for ERC credits. He was fast and knowledgeable on what was required. But all of this could not have been done so efficiently if it were not for the tireless work performed by Marianne Makler.
