After experiencing a small issue and voicing some frustration, I was immediately contacted by someone from upper management. My issue was resolved and I was given excellent service! I'm very happy that I chose this company for my needs and I look forward to getting to the finish line with their help!

Great company, helped me receive a very big refund for the ertc tax credit. Just got 2 of my checks so far and I’m very happy. Special thanks to Mark and Julie for getting the process rolling and walking me through the documents needed and to Brady for closing it out. 5 stars

I was blown away by the speed and professionalism that everyone at this company performed. I was unsure if I wanted to use them when I heard about the company but having taken the step to go with them I am very glad. This is a company that knows what they are doing and will go to bat for you. Today my partner and myself are over joyed with the success and speed that we got our tax refund. I give them 5 plus stars.

Keeping our business going during and after Covid has left us little time to do anything else. So when it came to applying for our refunds we decided to hire Innovation Refunds. Working with Marianne, Matthew, Brady and Taylor was a real pleasure. They are extremely professional, very responsive and people we enjoyed working with. They successfully obtained our maximum refund.

I cannot say enough about how IR helped our small town dental practice. Honestly I would never have gotten a refund if it were not for their ads on talk radio and the kindness of the staff assisting me in completing this endeavor.

Innovation Refunds really came through for my company. I thought their program was too good to be true, but the checks are coming in and I couldn't be more thrilled! Everyone we worked with - Mathew Wilkins, Lori Hohl and Brady Silas - was professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the process. What an amazing program. Huge kudos and thanks to the entire Innovation Refunds team who did an exceptional job!
