From the first time I spoke with Moren B. to explore the possibility of qualifying for a refund and all through the entire document submission process; I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and clarity of information whenever I had any questions. Very little effort on my part since all the required records were easily available in digital format on my end. The submission and evaluation was simple. After uploading payroll info to Innovation, they processed the grant application, and have advised me of my substantial rebate from IRS. I'm waiting for payment, but they only collect 25% after my payment arrives. Nothing up front which would be concerning.

I heard the commercial on the radio and decided to take a shot at getting a refund. I spoke with a man named Kerby and was guided thru the process from top to bottom. Kerby followed up and kept in touch with me on a constant basis. I have been approved for my refund and would certainly recommend this company! I now refer to Kerby as The Legendary One!

I was skeptical at first but thought why not. I put it off for 6 months and then jumped in. Getting the IRS payroll forms needed was probably the biggest pain but with todays computerized accounting systems it was not that bad. I even pre paid 10% of my fee to save the 5% discount they offered. I was on the edge of my seat waiting and then like clockwork the checks from the government came rolling in! Over $193k for my small 7 person company! All good. Try it and you won’t be disappointed. They are for real!

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical, but Innovation Refunds definitely came through. The staff is very helpful and kept us in the loop the whole time. Julie and Jacob were fantastic!
