A few times I would be asked for more documents, and it felt like I was working on a home mortgage. But once I did my part, they took everything else over & it went smooth & quick. The process does take awhile. I sent in all requested documents on 7/26 and received 9/24 of what my potential refund would/will be and the filing documents they needed to proceed. So, two months. Very professional and knowledgeable. I know after looking at the paperwork to do it myself there was no way I could have figured it out. They did say the refund could possibly come in multiple checks and take as long as 4-10 months. I look at it as money I didn’t have anyway, so anything received is a bonus.
