I was skeptical. VERY skeptical. However, Mario Greene and David Lake are the easiest people to work with. They made the application process easy. My questions were answered almost immediately. It has been a pleasure working with them both.

We were relieved to have someone like Lourdes Quinteros through this taxing exercise. Even though this experience was very time consuming and almost never ending, Ms. Quinteros, from Innovation Refunds, proficiently assisted us in obtaining the necessary documents to complete our request. Ms. Quinteros guidance through the entire process is greatly appreciated. The stress level our Company has endured due to COVID-19 has been almost unbearable. Ms. Quinteros has amazing patience and knowledge. Because of her confidence and abilities, we were able to complete the work necessary for submission. Thank you so much Ms. Lourdes Quinteros. A job well done!
