To date Innovation Refunds has been great to work with. We have not received our refund checks yet, as they are all being processed, but Sean Presnall and Nicole Bayder have been very responsive. Their team took all the processing work off our hands (we just provided the data) and works directly with their attorneys and the IRS. To date its been seamless and much appreciated.

Both matte black, and Courtney Jensen were very great people to work with. I am an EA and greatly appreciate working with people that are knowledgeable and give information straight to the point. I was very satisfied with the work they have done for me and enjoyed working with them, they were both diligent at keeping me posted and along the way, kept me abreast of the status of the process for the ERC credit

Jamey Teply, Chase Reynolds and Debbie Blanchard helped our business apply for and receive the Employee Retention Credit. They walked me through the whole process and kept me informed along the way. Very professional and worth the fee.
