They set up an appointment, never called me. No follow up.

While they say they are there to help, my experience was they don't do anything to help. I went through 11 months with them and still do not have anything filed. It was painful and fruitless. The communication from the so called experts is non-existant. I wasted so much time and effort.

If I can give them 0 starts, I would. STAY AWAY. These people are either scamming or just incredibly unprofessional. The process isn't straight forward, they're not Knowledgeable of the ERC as they claim, they lured us for months, and when they got all our information, they went ghost. We've been emailing them since 6/2/23 with NO RESPONSE. They also have MULTIPLPE people emailing you which also further confuses the situation and further leads me to belive they are a SCAM. STAY AWAY!

Unprofessional company and fees are absurd! I will never deal with them again. You can file yourself for free/minimal fees. They get negative reviews removed and nearly all the positive reviews are made by paid employees. Look at the 5 star reviews lol! What a joke.

They make no mention in their advertising that they have a minimum number of employees in your company before they work with you. If you have less than 4 employees, they take your information but then inform you they wont work with you. Stay away from them if you don't have at least 4 employees.

Greedy, they did the employee retention credit for us and did not get us the amount promised and then wouldnt budge on the fees charged. Even sent us to a law firm when our business was trying to survive. Terrible company with no empathy.

Went through the process. When I said I was going a different route. Matt Black acted like a child in his responses. Not very business savvy. Would not recommend based on that alone.

Not satisfied, we were told we qualify and need to submitted required documents. We submitted all docs required plus with questionnaire. We were affected by covid and we had more than 5 employees throughout the years . Received a email that we didn't qualify. Then my rep never got back to us explaining why , we call many of times .
