We were just recently notified of our amended docs being submitted to the IRS which happened much quicker than I was quoted by the team at Innovation Refunds (like almost a whole month quicker). That was amazing! So far the process has been extremely smooth and the communication has been amazing. Any questions I had were quickly answered - I feel they are fully invested in making their customers happy!

They made the filing and every step so easy, Natalie Hoogerwerf is our rep and does a great job of keeping us informed and up to date of the process.

If you own a company and are eligible for an ERC refund, then we wholeheartedly recommend working with Innovation Refunds. What makes this company unique is it’s track record, community, reputation, and excellent service communication throughout the entire process. There is a lot of work involved in obtaining an ERC refund. Be prepared to gather information about your company, payroll, and expenses, etc. With Innovation Refunds, they have an in-house accounting and legal department to review all of your information once submitted, we have finally started receiving a refund from the IRS and recommend that you give Innovation Refunds a call today for an initial consultation. Finally, we would like to think our entire team, including: Stephanie Tessman, Michael Kist and Tayla Simmons. Each member of the team was highly professional and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. Call Innovation Refunds today, you won’t regret it!

They have been very helpful and followed through really well. I just googled them (and few others) and decided to go with them due to their quick responses. We received our checks before the estimated time and we paid what we owed to their services.

Thank you Regina for helping us get to this point. She is such a hard worker and very knowledgeable in her job and such a pleasure to work with Innovation Refunds go above and beyond to help us get our refund. Especially since our CPA told us we didn’t qualify. This money will certainly help us stay above water in this troubled economy.
