Great customer service! Highly recommend.

We were told that we would not be eligible to get this credit by the company’s CPA, so I gave up on the quest. My boss got a call from Innovation Refunds, and she forwarded them to me to see if we would qualify, based on the information they requested initially. My case was then given to Michael Winters, and let me tell you, Mr. Winters was AWESOME! He’s a pleasant person to talk to and truly a comedian by nature. He worked with me on all the information that was necessary to get us qualified. It didn't matter the hour of the day, this man worked with us, and I would recommend him to work with every person that I know could benefit from this program. Today, we received the greatest news, we got refunded! As an accountant by trade, I am recommending all my clients to Innovation Refunds and only to work with Michael Winters.
