Innovation RefundsReviews of innovationrefunds.com

We couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout the entire process. They took a complex task out of our hands and handled all of it. What I appreciated so much from Innovation Refunds was how well organized they are...every single step of the way. Sam Estes was a pleasure to work with. I have no complaints.

I found Innovation Refunds to be excellent company. They delivered results promised results. Once I sent them the information they requested, they had reviewed and submitted my request for the ERP credit. Jeremy Shoars followed up with me on a regular basis until I had received all of the credit payments. I would highly recommend Innovation.

I was super skeptical at first. There are a lot of companies that claim they can get you ERC funds but do very little to guide you through the process. Innovation Refunds was spot on with their service and patience. I'm extremely busy and was reluctant to jump into this for fear it was going take up a bunch of my time. Thankfully, my part was relatively simple and Innovation Refunds did the rest. I was impressed with their service and expertise.

Innovation Refunds delivered as promised. I can't say enough about the staff and the process. Every step of the way is well defined and supported. I highly recommend them.

As a business owner, I am so busy. I was hesitant to get involved with the employee retention credit. I am glad someone told me about Innovation Refunds. We worked with Chavis, Krystal Carity, and Sharla Walhood and they were with us each step of the way. And, they helped us receive funds that will surely help our business. Call today and I hope you have the opportunity to work with this great team!

The employees at Innovation Refund work as a skilled Team handling our file. They kept me informed through the process and information was clearly communicated to each team member and to me.

We worked with Ashley Johnson. She was terrific. Responsive and professional.

I was a little skeptical about going forward with the paperwork for this credit but Michael was such a great person to work with that it made me feel like it was going to be worth it. Michael walked me through all the paperwork and was patient with us trying to gather all of the documents required. It didn't help that we had switched accounting softwares half way through the years needed to process but we worked together on a way to report all the information in a way that was acceptable. Michael was unlike anyone I have worked with in the past his level of care and compassion was very evident. Great at making conversation and making me feel like he had our companies best interests! We enjoyed this experience and results so much we are going to go through the process with one of our subsidiaries!
