I filed my refund with them Feb 2023 and have been push off on 5 different people to quote handle our case.Its been about to be 2 years and nothing.Everyone that works there I have talk to in regards to our claim I guess no longer works there.I can't get a response from anyone..Something needs to be done with a company that doesn't respond to there quote clients.

I have been trying to contact someone from the team for over a week. I get no call backs from the managers because "there is a process" however, it has been over a week. No returned calls emails or answers. I've spent HOURS trying to remove a lien on my account that should not be there in the first place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody responds to emails or phone calls. They were quick to sign you up but over a year later we found out they did not submit the right paperwork so we are still waiting.

Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.

This company promised me over 100,000 dollars in refunds. This was not verified by my accountant of 20 years. This company may get you money you may have to pay back to the IRS. Also, you have to refile you taxes which could cause penalties. I have not received any refunds from the IRS, but they just filed a Texas UCC Statement, which I researched is deceptive. They say I owe $90.00! For what!!!! I have not gotten a single red cent from the IRS and hope not to. Beware.

I used them to handle my ERC refund I provided all necessary documentation. It took a couple of months to get the refund and they got their %. The reason I choose this company even though they charged more than others is their guarantee that they would represent me in the event of an audit. One month ago I received a notification from the IRS they were disallowing a refund and demanding I return it. I immediately contacted Innovation Refunds and sent them all correspondence from the IRS. When I did not hear back I contacted the IRS myself and they sent me a worksheet which I also forwarded to Innovations Refund. They assigned my case to an employee who is on vacation. 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything and assume at this point I am on my own. I assume they will refund me the 25% that they collected for their service. Feeling very dissatisfied.

We received a letter in the mail that Innovation Refunds are no longer going to work with our Company. And they re-assigned our case to another tax professional. We jump through hoops to get them all of the information that they required last year AND NOW WE GET THIS. They are a scam and the person that I was dealing with his email is no longer valid. So what gives. SCAM SCAM SCAM

very difficult to communicate with. does not respond to emails or calls. submitted application over 6 months ago and only 1 email in that time. i have called over 13 times and sent 12 emails, never responded to.
