We were fortunate enough to see increases in 2020-2021. However, due to the supply chain, inflation, Covid, etc; we still were not able to grow the way we were anticipating. Innovative refunds was able to net us a healthy 6 figure refund. Communication and explanation with Jeremy were phenomenal. They did a stellar job after my own accountant said we did not qualify for the refund.
