The machine is built with quality parts…
The machine is built with quality parts and is sturdy. The touch screen is responsive and not laggy. The weight seems a little heavier, which is good for me. As for the negatives, I received the base unit a little over a month after ordering it. I’m still missing a few pieces that were supposed to ship with it, so I’ve reached out to customer service. The handles were not paired and they work intermittently along with the safety button for the bar. I sent this to customer service as well for support. The unit is heavy, which gives me confidence in the build, but others may find it to heavy to fold up and place against the wall each time. Additionally, the software is still in early development so there are features missing like the AI form correction. These should be updated at some point but hopefully the price doesn’t drop or they require you to buy a new machine to get the updates. Overall, for the sale price it was worth it. I would not pay their full price for it until they can deliver all of the things they listed. After two days of testing, I’m pretty sure there will only be a few workouts that I can’t do on it, but that’s better than only being able to do a few.

You guys haven’t done anything yet
You guys haven’t done anything yet. I ordered my equipment in August. It’s October. No update on when my equipment is going to arrive but you guys have already taken the $3000 from me for it. Your customer service is awful, and at this point I just want my equipment for crying out loud. How hard is it to tell me when I’ll get my delivery?

I can't get in touch with anyone
I can't get in touch with anyone. I had clicked "order" before applying a coupon code and couldn't get anyone to help apply it. Then I ordered the bracket set not knowing it was not compatible with the home gym I ordered and can't get anyone to respond so I can return it.

Rotten customer response
I purchased this product which stated on their website that it was in stock. They also stated that the product would be delivered with 7-10 business days. Well it has may 10 business days on when i look on my order through their website they stated that they are gather parts for delivery. This is what it said on day 1. Hi ave sent emails and contacted them through their website with absolutely no response on anything. So i am in process of cancelling my order. I would rate them a fat ZERO it that was available.
