The machine is built with quality parts and is sturdy. The touch screen is responsive and not laggy. The weight seems a little heavier, which is good for me. As for the negatives, I received the base unit a little over a month after ordering it. I’m still missing a few pieces that were supposed to ship with it, so I’ve reached out to customer service. The handles were not paired and they work intermittently along with the safety button for the bar. I sent this to customer service as well for support. The unit is heavy, which gives me confidence in the build, but others may find it to heavy to fold up and place against the wall each time. Additionally, the software is still in early development so there are features missing like the AI form correction. These should be updated at some point but hopefully the price doesn’t drop or they require you to buy a new machine to get the updates. Overall, for the sale price it was worth it. I would not pay their full price for it until they can deliver all of the things they listed. After two days of testing, I’m pretty sure there will only be a few workouts that I can’t do on it, but that’s better than only being able to do a few.
