I am only giving three star because i havent started it yet so i dont know if its gonna be a good fit for me, but when reading all the reviews saying that canceling is so hard well they canceled my order right away. It is to pricey for me unless it is really going to help and then i will come back and pay the money. Im starting it tonight. So we shall see i will come back and review again.

Effective Product, but Expensive and Wasteful Packaging
I’ve been using Oestra for approximately nine months, and overall, I’ve experienced a significant improvement in my symptoms. And believe me, I had just about every symptom imaginable! The worst were anxiety, headaches, and severe sleep disturbances.
Within the first month, I noticed a considerable improvement. While my symptoms didn’t disappear entirely, I was finally sleeping more than four hours a night, rarely waking up with headaches, and finding my anxiety much more manageable.
So why only three stars? The cost, the dosing changes, and what I discovered about the packaging.
I was paying $199 per month, or nearly $600 for a three month supply. Initially, I was instructed to use one pump per day. Recently, after experiencing a couple of weeks of worsening symptoms, I contacted the company hoping my prescription could be adjusted. Instead, I was instructed to increase my application to two pumps per day.
While I understand that dosages sometimes need to be adjusted, this effectively cut my three-month supply down to just six weeks, doubling my cost. Unfortunately, that simply wasn’t financially sustainable, so I canceled my subscription.
Here’s where things got particularly frustrating.
Fortunately, I still had nearly a full container, along with another that I believed was almost empty. Since the product is so expensive, I decided to see if I could get the last bit of cream out of the older container. I unscrewed the top portion of the pump dispenser and was shocked to discover a substantial amount of cream remaining inside that the pump could no longer dispense.
There was so much left that I was able to scoop it out and transfer it into my newer container. Now, rather than relying on the pump, I access the cream directly. It makes me wonder how much perfectly usable product I unknowingly threw away with my first container.
For a product at this price point, that’s incredibly disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to disassemble the packaging to access medication they’ve already paid for.
My overall opinion? I do believe Oestra has helped me, and I’m grateful for the relief I’ve experienced. However, between the high cost, the potential for increased dosing, and the amount of product left behind in the dispenser, I simply can’t justify continuing.
I’ll be exploring other options, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this product. If it’s within your budget, it may be worth discussing with your healthcare provider. Just be aware of the potential costs, especially if your dosage needs to increase.
I genuinely wish the company would address the packaging and pricing, because the product itself made a positive difference for me.
