From the start working with Innago has been pretty easy and has made my life as a landlord way easier. Most importantly it helped me with rent collection and with lease signing. Especially making these transactions with tenant all done online, it helps when I cannot be doing stuff in person and this also has a byproduct of clearly making the choices available to tenants in line with their rental agreement. For example I can make the settings of Innago to not accept partial rent payments (this protects a landlord from some common scams). The tenants seem to like it as well. The Costomer support of Inngo has been fast and friendly. The website is mostly intuitive. I have gotten used to it and find it easy to use .
