I have been buying toner cartridge and printer drums for years from ink technologies without any problem. I have two printers. Today I called because I had bought a high yield cartridge late last year and it started fading on one side of the page. The very helpful, courteous and professional customer service from Tracy A., who quickly put in a rush replacement, and explained the process. Also, I was experiencing a drum message on the other printer, which I shouldn't, and she e-mail the fix and stayed on the phone till we corrected the message. Resolved the issue. For me. Very good buying experience and product satisfaction.

I have been using Ink Technologies for many years, supplying cartridges and printer supplies for several different printers. I always use their own branded cartridges and supplies because they are usually 1/10th the price of the branded cartridges and supplies. Out of that entire time I had only one experience with one printer in which case the cartridges leaked. Ink Technologies replaced the cartridges at no charge and quickly. After two tries I get everything working. I find the Ink Technologies cartridges to print as well as the OEM cartridges, with only very minor, acceptable color differences and no difference with black. The savings have been incredible.

Installed the toners for my new Canon MF644cdw. The red leaked all over and the blue & yellow did not produce good color. The black produced streak lines on the edge of the pages. Unfortunately I installed them a few months after I purchased them and they are out of warranty before I discovered the issues. I found another after market company that offers a lifetime warranty. I would not recommend this company.

The toner cartridge I bought from them didn’t work in my brother HL-L2395DW printer. Still said low toner after installing. When I tried to return for refund they said I had to pay for shipping. STAY AWAY from this company they are a ripoff.

Beware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner. Their Inkjet cartridges seem to work ok, but their toner plugged up my Lanier LD430c Color Laser Printer and it cost me $500.00 to get it repaired. After placing another Ink Technologies Toner Cartridge in, it did the same thing. Then putting a genuine cartridge in, the Ink Technologies Toner had again plugged up my printer and it was going to cost another $500.00 to repair. Instead I am purchasing a new Laser printer and will not buy from IT again.

Online store that do not operate 24-7. ONLY M-F. My fault for assuming. Paid extra $35 for 2-day shipping didn't get the package 4 days later. RETURN charge a %15 restocking fee even for unopen items. WHAT?

This is a mom and pop shop masquerading as a real business. Terrible customer service. It took 10 days for me to receive one ink cartridge. They took no responsibility. There are many other companies that offer these inks. AVOID INK TECHNOLOGIES. THEY SUCK.

purchased ink cartridges Aug 2019 with 1-year warranty, cartridges were recently rejected because of Epson firmware update and they replaced the entire order with no questions asked. Was ready for a battle but they slammed dunked the customer service when I called. 8/3/20 Victor E
