Horrible Horrible Company! I placed an order for toner. They say 2-7 days delivery. Since they are only a few hundred miles away, I figured it would be relatively quick. After 5 days I called to see where it was and apparently, they never had the toner and they never bothered to call

I am going to warn every potential customer. 4Inkjets is one of the worst companies with the worst customer service. Tried to get in touch with them 4 times. No luck. I am now going on the Amazon website for a review. You might as well throw your money down the drain. I do not understand why they are still in business. They sent cartridges 63XL that look completely different from the HP 63XL. Of cours they do not fit my printer HP 1112. I will also go to complain with the BBB. I have had it with their bad customer service. PS correction. When I initially ordered, I was under the impression that I ordered cartridges. These were pods, and when the shipment arrived, I had no idea how to make use of them. Therefore, I tried to contact the company for information about a return and refund or a store credit to my account.

If you are thinking of buying HP 940 Ink for a HP 9800 printer, don't. Burn your money instead. You will get more satisfaction from watching the flames, and save at least a week in the process. The printer does not take the Inkjet.com cartridges, and not only refuses to print, but also to scan. You then have to start over after waiting about 10 days for the ink to arrive and throwing away your money.

This is got to be the WORST place to buy ink cartridges. First, they didn't work in my machine, and when I called, I though the service rep was not in this world. All she said "well, thats the way they are suppose to work. She was of no help. I asked for her boss, He emailed me once and said He'll call, never did. The ink then leaked all over my printer. Had to throw away 2 sets and buy some where else

Have never had issues w my printer. Tried their cartridges and now even w more expensive cartridges it's broken. Their cartridges literally broke my printer. I'm wondering if I should even spend the money to return the product as I doubt I will truly get a refund

Doesn't work and when you call and select 2 for support, you get discounted.

Never had an issue with my printer until I put their ink in it. Doesn't work at all now. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They don't answer the phone, instead send a message after hanging up to have you contact them thru a site they give you. No one ever responds. I would never recommend their product. One cartridge is leaking, and nothing works now.

I purchased black and tricolor ink cartridges from inkjetsclub months ago. The cartridges were too long and not complete with my printer. On numerous occasions I reached out to this company. Only to be consistently told that the product works for my printer and I just wasn't inserting the cartridges correctly. I sent photos of both the error message and the, too long, I'll fitted knockoff cartridges. All I wanted was to sent them back and receive a refund. Eventually they just stopped replying and I'm left with totally useless cartridges and out of 57.00. The customer service is horrendous, they never answer the phone and if and when they call you back, it's a recording. I would advise anyone to not waste your time or money purchasing from this bogus company. Those that have had a satisfying experience, bless you, you're definitely some of the fortunate ones.
