Ordered some ink cartridges two weeks ago, and was told it would ship in 2-7 days. I have yet to receive my order, or even a notification that it has shipped. I tried emailing them, and did not receive a response. I called the number on their website, and I got a busy signal, I tried the chat box, and after waiting half an hour, my chat disappeared. I finally got ahold of someone who said it had shipped but would not give me a tracking number. Update: After two weeks my order still had not arrived, and on the website it says my order is "unfulfilled" so I contacted them again. It appears as though they had just lied to me on the customer service line. I finally got ahold of someone again, and after a long hold, I received a tracking number and my order shipped 2 days ago, scheduled to arrive 4.5 weeks after I placed the order. After reading the reviews of this company on here, I sure hope the cartridges actually work. I am definitely never ordering anything from this company again though.

Sent wrong cartridges. Contacted them via email and phone 3 tomes. Absolutely no response from them. If I could rate them lower than 1, I would. They obviously don'e care about their customers

Poor customer service. Had received my order with one cartridge short. Emailed 3 times with absolutely no response over a 3 week period. Do not do business with them!!!!!

Ordered cartridges, does not recognize it. Emailed 3 times no response called twice left voicemail no response I will definitely be going after these clowns!

Ordered two "sets" BK,Y, M,C. Printer(Epson WF-3820) did not recognize one of the BK right out of the box. Now, 25 days later, the other three have the same issue. The 1-888 number on their website is not a working number and no one answers the 972 number. Complete waste of money on unsupported junk.

Ordered on 12/4. My credit card charged 12/5. It is now 12/13. My tracking shows that label was cancelled on 12/5 so it has not been sent. I spoke with them and emailed them and no help. Now they are not even answering their phones. I will have to stop payment.

Placed order on 12/1. On 12/8 I followed up and “Janice” said my order hasn’t shipped and it would be shipped. On 12/9 I followed up and they couldn’t provide me with tracking or tell me whether my order shipped or not. They had no problem charging my credit card though. Not happy at all.

Three new black cartridges failed to work. I get dashed lines and faint ink in some areas. I tried cleaning the head several times to no avail.
