I have used this company many times in the past and always had good, albeit slow, service. This time was horrible, and I would give the company zero stars if possible. I never received my first order of ink, although I was charged twice for it. I left messages, tried chatting, wrote them a nasty letter, and still......absolutely NO response from anyone. I should not have re-ordered, but I did. Same order, more money than the first order. I finally got the ink about 3 weeks later, after I had already contacted my credit card company to obtain resolution for the charges. I now see that they receive very low reviews, which was not the case when I began using them several years ago. I don't know what happened with this company, but I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed my order 12/12/2025. Haven’t received my ink, no return call or email! It always goes to voicemail after several rings. When I track the package, it says it is still at the sellers location. BIG SCAMMMM……DON’T SPEND YOUR $$$$ with these THIEVES!!! I am gonna report these thugs to the BBB!!

I literally chose Inkjets.com because of their warranty and guarantee that if you are unhappy or the ink doesn't work, you get a full refund. This review is only the START of my objective of exposing inkjets.com as a scam. I ordered a full 4 ink bundle for the Hp 8120e series printer. I put them in and got an error message stating it wasn't Hp ink and would not work. Inkjets.com is yet another company with the business model of having no person to person interface, at least as far as I can tell since they have never answered the phone at any of 3 different phone numbers, refused to respond to 3 emails, 3 chats wherein they state they can transfer me to a human agent but they immediately point to online customer support, of which, there is none. If you read this review and still buy Inkjets.com ink, its on you if it does not work. But I can tell you, IT DOES NOT WORK.

complete rip off. you'll have to charge back your credit card if you order from them. beware.

Pure garbage. This used to be a good company, but it went downhill fast. Outsourced service, orders never shipped due to "glitch", merged with Shop which is a useless app.

One star just to move forward with this review. Simply put, this company are scammers - period. Take this as a warning including the others that have posted.

I know this seller from long time ago but I think now he scamming people, please don't buy and don't order from this website, because you may not receive you orders.
