I ordered a bundle of re-manufactured/refurbished cartridges (black and CMY) due to the good prices. The color cartridge did not deliver satisfying results: instead of printing gray, it prints greenish. I contacted the support team to solve the issue. No one has replied after 3 weeks of waiting!
